Bidar: Sharanbasappa Biradara, librarian of Bilala Mahila Shiksha Vidyalaya, Bidar, under the guidance of Dr. Arun Modakara, presented his thesis on “Perceptions of the Internet as Academic Library Services as a Delivery Medium for Web-Based Courses”, and Received Ph.D. from Sri Sathya Sai University of Technical and Medical Sciences, Madhya Pradesh.
