Mangaluru: The Department of Computer Applications, St Agnes College (Autonomous) organised an intra-departmental IT Fest ‘TECHNOVA 2018- Battle of Bright Minds’ on November 23. The fest was conducted for the students of BCA to explore their knowledge in Computers.
St Agnes College principal, Sr Dr M Jeswina AC, inaugurated the fest and addressed the students. Secretary of the BCA Department, Sandra spoke about the fest. I BCA student Asrina compered the programme and I BCA student Lia proposed the vote of thanks.
As many as eight events were conducted for the students: Web Designing, Coding and Debugging, PowerPoint Presentation. IT Quiz, Group Dance and Best IT Manager. Students actively took part in various events.
The valedictory function was held at 3.30 PM. III BCA student Edna Martis compered the programme. Then, the top scorers of the end semester examinations and the winners of various events were felicitated.
Dean Administration Malavika Shetty, and Head of the Department of Computer Applications Anushree Raj were also present.
