St. Aloysius trio wins the National Level Quiz competition at NICO

Mangaluru: At the National Level Competition named “Beacons”, held at Nitte Institute of Communication (NICO), Deralakatte, the trio of St. Aloysius College (Autonomous) have grabbed the quiz competition by  securing first place.

Duane thomas D’Souza and Roby George and Michael Jerome Koola ar the students of Post Graduate Studies in Journalism and Mass Communication, St. Aloyius College (Autonomous), who have achieved this glory.

The quiz competition was like a battle ground between 23 colleges, from which only 7 teams were qualified for the final round. The paticipants were from other states and also in and around Managluru.

This is said to be the 6th edition of ‘Beacons’ which has been running successfully for the past five years, with an overwhelming response from the participants of other institutions.
