Talk on Indic Keyboard ‘K-naada’ at Sahyadri College on Mar 7

Mangaluru: The Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management is organising a talk on “Indic Keyboard–K-naada for transforming India to Shreshta Bharat” on March 7 at 11 AM. The resource person for the event will be Dr. B V K Sastry, Founder and Chancellor of Yoga-Samskrutam University, Florida, USA.

The talk will be followed by a presentation on “Language Appropriate Keyboard for TULU & SANSKRIT for Education and Technology.”

The “K-naada” keyboard is a patented product developed by Dr. Sastry. This tool is useful especially for those who do not know English language.

This programme is being organised by the Department of Humanities and is coordinated by Dr. S Ramakrishna Sharma, Adjunct Professor of Indian Scientific Heritage.

The press release mentioned that the event is open to all public.

Information regarding registration for PhD programme in Vedic Sciences from Yoga-Samskrutam University will be available at the event. Students desirous of pursuing studies abroad also can attend the session, the press release said.
