About Health of Women Forum:

The HOW Forum promotes and ensures the holistic health and wellness of a woman. Started by Dipika Trehan, The HOW forum encourages women to put themselves on their own list of priority with a motto, “Making a woman fall in love again, this time with HERSELF.”

Started by Dipika Trehan, The HOW Forum curates and executes a number of fitness workshops to cater to women and mixed groups across various age groups. Some of the initiatives include “Power of SELF: a theme based self development workshop”, “Yoga and stress management at work: Quick, easy, DIY asanas and meditation techniques for a healthy and rejuvenated self at the work place” and many more.

The journey of The HOW Forum started when Dipika decided to take control of her unhealthy lifestyle. Like every young woman her age, Dipika’s odd working hours, detrimental eating habits and the lack of exercise were some of the reasons for her unhealthy weight gain and low self-esteem. The hormonal changes during her pregnancy added to the whole problem. Realising the hazards of being overweight (both physical and emotional), Dipika started taking keen interest in disciplined food intake along with regular exercise. She started practising Yoga and since then, there has been no looking back. In a span of 3 years, she managed to shed 32 kgs off her body, feeling more healthy, fit and self confident.

The HOW Forum is like a fertile land, from which stems out various workshops and seminars. Each workshop is custom made to uniquely suit individual corporate requirement. To list a few:

Yoga at Work
Wellness Seminars
Self-awareness and Stress Management
Corporate Grooming and Etiquette Training
Corporate Power Dressing
Motivational Talks and Self-development Sessions
