Mangaluru: The Departments of Biological Science, St Aloysius College (Autonomous) is organising a hands-on workshop on “Techniques in Biology” for the Pre-University students of the Dakshina Kannada district on August 2 and 3.
The inauguration of the workshop will be held at the Fr Robert Sequeira Hall, LCRI Block.
Dr Vasudeva Kamath K, Deputy Director in-charge, Pre-University Education, DK will be the chief guest. Principal, Rev. Dr Praveen Martis, SJ, will preside over the programme.
This programme is being sponsored by the Star College Scheme, Dept of Biotechnology, Govt of India.
As many as 20 colleges with 125 students are expected to participate in this workshop.
