Mangaluru: The Department of Prosthodontics, Yenepoya Dental College conducted a workshop on “Clinical Training in Maxillofacial Prosthesis “.The inauguration of the program was held on 26th February 2019 at Yenepoya Dental College. This Clinical Workshop was partly funded by ICMR, New Delhi and Yenepoya (Deemed to be University)
Dr.Sanath Shetty, Ho D welcomed the participants. Dr. M. Vijaya Kumar, Vice Chancellor of Yenepoya Deemed to be Universityb , was the chief guest for the inaugural program and complemented the Yenepoya Dental College for conducting a program. The inaugural ceremony was presided by Dr. Shripathi Rao, Principal of Yenepoya Dental College. Dr, Vidya Bhat introduced the resource Person, Dr. Sanketh Kethireddy , Consultant at Apollo Hospital , Chennai.
Registrar of the University, Dr.Gangadhara Somayaji, Vice Principal of Yenepoya Dental College, Dr.Sham S Bhat, Heads of various departments were present at the program. Dr. Fahad proposed vote of thanks. It was well attended by over 60 participants including teaching staff and post graduate students from Dental Colleges of Mangalore
