Bengaluru: The Federation of Konkani Catholic Association (FKCA) in Bangalore came together with fervor and camaraderie on Sep. 10 2023 to celebrate the cherished Monthi Festh, a tradition deeply rooted in Konkani culture. The event was a beautiful blend of devotion and social togetherness, creating a memorable day for all who attended.
The celebration commenced with the age-old tradition of offering flowers, Following this, the Eucharistic celebration was held, graced by the presence of esteemed clergymen, including Fr Maxim Dias, Fr Francis Assisi Almeida, and Fr Bonaventure Rodrigues. Their spiritual guidance added a profound dimension to the proceedings.
After the soul-soothing mass, the atmosphere turned festive as a cultural program unfolded. Diverse Konkani associations from across Bangalore contributed to the vibrant performances that captivated the audience’s hearts.
