Mangaluru: The Mangalore Catholic Co-operative Bank Ltd., a century-old cooperative bank having 16 branches in Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts and staff strength of 105 formed a staff union in March 2021.
A delegation of the newly formed union led by The President (honorary), B. M. Madhava met S.T. Somashekhar, Minister for Co-Operation on September 20 at Bengaluru and made a representation with suggestions for the overall development of the bank.
Minister S.T. Somashekhar assured to involve the Registrar of Co-Operative Society to assist and guide the Bank to attain greater heights and to create a conducive and healthy work environment to improve the efficiency, productivity and morale of the workforce.
