Mangaluru: Journalists have already been accommodated in almost all districts of the state, and for the journalist of Dakshina Kannada district site for the accommodation has been identified and the file will be sent to the government soon, said Mangaluru Tahsildar Guruprasad.
He spoke at the inauguration of the second dose of the Covid vaccination drive for journalists at the Patrika Bhavana here on Tuesday.
As per the instructions of Dakshina Kannada deputy commissioner Dr. K.V. Rajendra 3.88 acres of land have been identified in Mangaluru Taluk.
The event was chaired by Dakshina Kannada District Working Journalists Association president Srinivasa Nayak Indaje.
