A collaboration between Live Your City and PVR INOX, these concerts aim to make classical music more accessible, offering a sensory treat for both the eyes and ears. Bathed in the warm flicker of thousands of candles, attendees can soak in soul-stirring live performances. Raj Tamhankar, a pianist, shares, “A candlelit ambience makes music feel more intimate and magical. The setting intensifies the emotional depth, forging a profound connection with listeners.”

Unlike conventional concert halls, this series transforms movie theatres into intimate musical spaces. Globally acclaimed, Candlelight Concerts have graced remarkable venues—from English cathedrals and Finnish heritage theatres to public squares in Melbourne and rustic cabins in the Italian Alps. Deepa Bajaj, country manager for Live Your City India, explains, “While selecting locations, we consider historical value, ambience, accessibility, acoustics, and lighting—ensuring each venue offers a unique charm.”

Audiences can anticipate stunning renditions of Vivaldi, Mozart, and Chopin, as well as tributes to Queen, Abba, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, and Indian legends R D Burman, A R Rahman, and S P Balasubrahmanyam.
