Mumbai: EazyDiner and IndusInd Bank have launched the EazyDiner IndusInd Bank Platinum RuPay Credit Card, a lifetime-free co-branded credit card aimed at diners and digital payment users. The companies claim the card can deliver annual savings of up to Rs 21,495 through dining discounts, entertainment offers and complimentary membership benefits.

Issued on the RuPay network, the credit card also supports UPI payments, allowing users to link it to compatible UPI apps and make payments at QR-code merchants while earning rewards.

No joining or annual fee

One of the biggest highlights of the new card is that it comes with no joining fee and no annual fee, making it a lifetime-free offering.

The companies said the card has been designed for customers who frequently dine out and increasingly rely on UPI for everyday transactions.

Dining benefits worth Rs 18,000 annually

The card offers an additional Rs 500 discount on dining bills through the EazyDiner app, which can be availed up to three times every month.

According to the companies, this translates into annual dining savings of Rs 18,000, making it the biggest value proposition of the card. The discounts are available through PayEazy on the EazyDiner platform.

Entertainment and membership benefits

Apart from dining offers, cardholders will receive:

  • One complimentary Buy One Get One movie ticket every month on BookMyShow, valued at Rs 2,400 annually.
  • Three-month complimentary EazyDiner Prime membership, worth Rs 1,095.

Together with the dining discounts, the companies estimate the total annual benefit at Rs 21,495.

UPI-enabled RuPay credit card

The Platinum Credit Card leverages RuPay’s UPI capability, enabling users to link the card with supported UPI applications.

Customers can pay by scanning UPI QR codes while continuing to enjoy credit card rewards and benefits, combining the convenience of UPI with traditional credit card privileges.

EazyDiner Prime advantages

The complimentary Prime membership gives users access to guaranteed discounts ranging from 25% to 50% across more than 40,000 premium restaurants in India and Dubai.

Members can also earn EazyPoints, which can be redeemed for dining experiences, curated events and luxury hotel stays available through the EazyDiner platform.

Company executives on the partnership

Kapil Chopra, Founder of EazyDiner, said the new card has been created to reward customers every time they dine out while integrating seamlessly with modern payment habits through UPI.

Jagdeep Mallareddy, Executive Director at IndusInd Bank, said the partnership combines the convenience of RuPay credit cards on UPI with exclusive dining privileges, reflecting the bank’s focus on customer-centric financial products.

Growing trend of lifestyle credit cards

The launch comes at a time when banks are increasingly partnering with lifestyle brands to offer category-focused credit cards targeting dining, travel and entertainment.

With zero annual charges, UPI integration and premium dining privileges, the EazyDiner IndusInd Bank Platinum RuPay Credit Card is expected to appeal to young professionals and frequent restaurant-goers looking for value-driven rewards.
