One Dead, Two Critical in Hassan Building Collapse

Hassan: A tragic building collapse near Belur bus stand in Hassan left one dead and four injured, with two in critical condition. The deceased has been identified as Amarnath.

The abandoned structure suddenly gave way, trapping those who were sitting in front of it. The injured victims were rushed to HIMS Hospital for treatment.

This incident follows a similar collapse in Ludhiana, Punjab, where a factory building caved in, killing two workers. Rescue operations are ongoing to locate another worker feared trapped under the rubble.

Authorities have urged structural inspections of abandoned buildings in Hassan to prevent further tragedies.
