Mangaluru: Justice KS Hegde Charitable Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in Mangaluru, has launched an advanced robotic surgery program, marking a significant milestone in the region’s medical landscape. The program offers minimally invasive, highly precise surgical procedures at affordable rates, ensuring a patient-centered approach to care.
The hospital’s new facility is equipped with the world-renowned da Vinci surgical robot, a U.S.-based platform known for its exceptional precision, control, and visualization capabilities. This state-of-the-art technology allows surgeons to perform complex surgeries with minimal pain, reduced blood loss, smaller scars, and faster recovery times. The hospital’s robotic surgery services cover multiple specialties, including urology, oncology, gynecology, gastrointestinal, and general surgery.
Within a month of launching the program, the hospital’s surgical team has successfully completed 25 complex robotic procedures, setting a regional benchmark for advanced surgical care.
