Patna: We all take utmost care and fill in the details required to apply for government jobs and also submit the necessary document without fail. But this is not what has happened in the case of PHED (Public Health Engineering Department), Bihar.
In the job application list that was submitted online by PHED, the applicants have played a fool and have given their names as ‘Sunny Leone’ and ‘bvcxzbnnb’.
In the marks section, the applicant named ‘Sunny Leone’ has uploaded 98.5 points, by topping the merit list. This includes 73.5 and 25 points for academics and work experience respectively.
‘bvcxzbnnb’ applicant is in the third position with 92.89 points.
Applicant ‘Sunny Leone’ has also gone forward and typed ‘Leona Leone’ as her father’s name.
The department has said that it was system-generated list as per the entries made by the applicants and would be revised.
Meanwhile, PHED Minister Vinod Narayan Jha has said that the genuineness of the candidates would be tested during the interview round.
Speaking to one of the English dailies, Joint Secretary of PHED Ashok Kumar has said an opportunity to make corrections have been given to the applicants offline and if they fail to do so, stringent action would be initiated.
He has said that the final merit list would be uploaded soon.
Amid this, Bollywood actress Sunny Leone has tweeted, “HAHA, I’m so glad the OTHER me has scored so well !!!! lol…”
Around 17,000 candidates had applied for 214 posts on PHED website between January 15 and 31.
