The parents of a 6-year-old boy were horrified after he mumbled “he will hit me” in his sleep, revealing that he had suffered relentless bullying from an 8-year-old classmate at his school. The KG student confided in a doctor that the older boy had slapped him 30 times, locked him in the lavatory, forced him to lick spit, and even threatened to strangle him.

The child’s parents, puzzled by his month-long anxiety-induced fever, discovered the truth during a counseling session. They recorded his testimony and reported the incident to Agra police on March 5.

The school headmistress confirmed the bullying, stating that the accused student had been barred from attending classes while an internal panel reviewed the case. CCTV footage from the school bus is being examined, and the bus attendant has been suspended.

Meanwhile, the accused student’s father dismissed the claims, calling the allegations exaggerated. Police are continuing their investigation.
