Agra Girl Jumps in Front of Kerala Express After Fight With Boyfriend

On Monday, May 27, a woman in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, lost her life after she jumped in front of a train that was moving. The startling incident happened at the Raja Ki Mandi Railway Station in Agra on Monday morning at around 11 a.m. The CCTV surveillance camera on platform number one captured the footage. As the train arrived at the Raja Ki Mandi railway station, the girl jumped onto the railway track and started arguing with her boyfriend who was seated on platform one. She fled towards the platform as the train approached, but she was struck by the Kerala Express train that was traveling from the Cantt.

In a 33-second CCTV footage, it can be seen that the girl jumps onto the tracks despite seeing the train coming. She then began arguing with her boyfriend while the train hit and dragged her inside it. The man fled the scene after the fatal accident.

According to officials, the woman was in critical condition and was taken to the SN Medical College and Hospital for treatment by the railway police. An investigation has been launched into the incident, and efforts are underway to ascertain her identity.
