Mumbai: Whoever respects their parents will reach a respectable position in the society, said Bombay Bunts Association President advocate Subhash Shetty.
Presiding over the association’s education committee’s annual educational aid programme at Sowmyalatha Shetty Auditorium here, he said, “We must ensure that the children are able to continue their education uninterruptedly. Education should never breed arrogance in us. There is no religion or end to education,” he said.
Jasmine Group of Companies CMD Dr. Surendra Shetty, after inaugurating the programme, called upon the students to make the best use of the educational aid provided. More and more donors should be involved in the process of providing educational aid to the needy children, he said.
