In a disturbing incident in Madhya Pradesh’s Morena district, a Class 12 student faced a violent assault outside Ganga Public School after declining to assist in cheating during board examinations.

The student, identified as Dhananjay, was attacked by nearly 15-20 fellow students. The shocking episode unfolded after one of his peers approached him in the school bathroom, requesting help to copy answers. Dhananjay’s refusal escalated into a heated exchange, with threats issued against him.

Once the exam concluded and Dhananjay stepped beyond school premises, the group cornered him. The attackers unleashed punches, kicks, and beatings with belts, leaving him badly injured. The entire incident was captured on CCTV cameras, and the footage quickly spread across social media platforms, drawing widespread outrage.

Following the brutal assault, Dhananjay’s father approached Kotwali Police Station to file a formal complaint. Authorities promptly registered an FIR against the culprits under applicable sections and initiated a probe into the case.

The police have assured strict action against those responsible. The video evidence, which has gone viral, is expected to play a crucial role in identifying all individuals involved in the ambush.

This shocking incident highlights the mounting pressure and unethical practices some students resort to during examinations, raising serious concerns about safety, discipline, and the overall environment in educational institutions.
