Class 11 Student Falls from 21st Floor in Ghaziabad

A tragic incident occurred in Ghaziabad on Friday morning, where a student in Class 11 lost his life after falling from the 21st floor of a residential building located in the ATS Advantage Society, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.

Reportedly, the 17-year-old boy had gone to the ATS society to meet a friend, as shared by a resident to Financial Express. According to one of his friends, the victim mentioned having some errands and went out. Shortly after, there was a commotion observed beneath the building, and it was realized that their friend had fallen from the 21st floor.

Swatantra Kumar Singh, Superintendent of Police, Indirapuram, stated, “We received information that a boy has jumped off the 21st floor. The boy was 17 years old. He had gone to ATS society to meet his friend. His friends say that he was going down for some work.”

Upon being rushed to Shanti Gopal Hospital, the doctors pronounced him brought dead. Additionally, a suicide note was discovered in his pocket, indicating the likelihood of suicide, as per initial investigations by the police. While suicide seems probable based on the evidence found, the police are considering all possibilities and not ruling out any other scenarios.
