Beachgoers have been encouraged to carry essentials such as beach umbrellas, sunscreen, caps, and plenty of water for protection.

The state-appointed lifeguard agency has also issued a summer advisory to ensure the safety of holidaymakers enjoying Goa’s beaches during the hot weather.
