A tragic incident unfolded in Sheopur district, Madhya Pradesh, when 27-year-old groom, Pradeep Jat, collapsed and died while sitting on his wedding mare on Friday night. Pradeep, who had been dancing at his baraat, climbed back onto the horse but soon slumped against it, appearing fatigued. Doctors suspect that he suffered a sudden cardiac arrest.

After a joyful arrival at the bride’s house and performing traditional rituals, Pradeep danced to DJ music with friends and family. However, when he returned to the mare, guests initially assumed he was simply tired. It wasn’t until he became unresponsive that panic set in. Guests rushed to administer CPR before taking him to the hospital, but he was declared dead on arrival.

Devastated by the news, the bride fainted upon hearing of Pradeep’s passing. The former district president of NSUI was mourned by family, friends, and the community, as his untimely death left everyone in shock. His last rites were conducted the following Saturday.

This heartbreaking event follows another recent tragedy, where a 23-year-old woman collapsed and died during a sangeet celebration in Vidisha district just a week ago, raising concerns about sudden health emergencies at celebrations.
