Mumbai: The Ambassadors and High Commissioners of India posted in 8 different countries met Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari at Raj Bhavan Mumbai on Mon Oct 17.
The Ambassadors are visiting Maharashtra as part of the 10th Heads of Missions’ Conference being held in Kevadia, Gujarat.
India’s Ambassador to Cambodia Dr Devyani Khobragade, Ambassador to ASEAN Jayant Khobragade, India’s Ambassador to the Czech Republic Hemant Kotalwar, India’s Ambassador to Iraq Prashant Pise, India’s Ambassador to Chile Subrat Bhattacharjee, India’s High Commissioner to Cameroon Anindya Bannerjee, High Commissioner to Malaysia B M Reddy and High Commissioner to Bangladesh Pranay Kumar Verma were present.
The Ambassadors briefed the Governor about the status of their host nation’s relations with India, the country’s business, trade and cultural relations with India among other issues.
