Vadodara: Two merciless men who dragged a dog tied to their two-wheeler and drove it at high speed for fun have been arrested by the police.
The unbelievable cruelty was witnessed by two youth who managed to chase down the perpetrators and rescue the poor animal.
In a video that went viral, the dog was seen leashed to the duo’s bike and they dragged the animal behind for several kilometers on Sama Savli Road. Mayank Salunke and Darshit seeing ruthless men torturing the dog chased down and rescued the animal whose paws were mangled and bloodied along with other injuries.
The dog is being treated by the doctors and is recovering.
It is shocking and shameful to know that when the police questioned perpetrators why they committed such crime, they admitted to the fact that they did it for fun.
