Following Kerala businessman Boby Chemmanur’s arrest on a sexual harassment complaint, Malayalam actor Honey Rose has now accused activist Rahul Easwar of allegedly orchestrating a cybercrime to downplay her complaint and manipulate public opinion against her.
Honey Rose took to Facebook, expressing that she and her family have been enduring significant mental stress, for which she holds Easwar responsible. She explained that after filing a complaint against the abuse she faced on a public platform, the police found her complaint valid, leading to Chemmanur’s arrest.
She further alleged that Rahul Easwar is involved in spreading false narratives online to distort the seriousness of her complaint and turn the public against her. She claimed that Easwar’s actions have led to continuous threats, vulgar comments, and public insults, which have caused her severe mental distress and even suicidal thoughts.
Honey Rose has filed a legal complaint against Easwar for his actions, which she claims have deliberately tarnished her dignity and harmed her professionally. The actor had earlier filed a sexual harassment complaint against Chemmanur, leading to his custody by Wayanad police.
