Hydreabad: In a chilling incident that has shocked Hyderabad, a man allegedly murdered his five-month pregnant wife, dismembered her body, and dumped the parts in the Musi River near Pratap Singaram.

Gruesome discovery

The accused, identified as Mahender Reddy, reportedly killed his wife Swathi (22) at their rented house in Balaji Hills, Boduppal, before chopping her body into pieces. He packed the remains in plastic covers and discarded them at different locations, including a marshy pit and the river.

So far, only the torso has been recovered by police. A search operation is ongoing to trace the head, hands, and legs.

Couple had a love marriage
