New Delhi: The much awaited ICSE, ISC class 10 and 12 examination results were announced here on Tuesday, May 7, by the Council of Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISE).
The results were announced on their official website cisce.org.

ICSE passing percentage
The 2019 ISCE passing percentage is 98.54 percent in which 99.77 percent have passed in English and Bengali, 99.89 in Hindi, 99.93 in Kannada, 99.95 in Malayalam, 99.97 in Punjabi, 98.69 in Social Science, 94.04 in Mathematics, 98.97 in Science, 98.52 in Commercial Studies and 98.82 in Computer Applications.
Region-wise toppers
Region-wise, the region abroad has secured 100 percent results. In India’s context, the western region has topped the list with 99.76 percent, southern second with 99.73, eastern third with 98.06 and northern fourth with 97.87 percent.
ISC passing percentage
The total candidates who appeared for ISC board exams were 86,713 among whom, the passing percentage is recorded at 96.52.
The number of girls who appeared for exams were 39, 964 and boys 46, 749. Out of 39, 964 girls, 39,100 have cleared and 864 have failed. Out of 46, 749 boys 44, 597 have cleared the exam and 2152 have failed.
ISC region-wise toppers
Here too, the region abroad is leading with 100 percent results whereas in the Indian context the southern region has topped with 98.91 percent, western second with 98.13, eastern third with 96.66 and northern fourth with 95.76 percent.
