An international naval trainee went missing Sunday evening after accidentally falling into the Ernakulam shipping channel in Kochi. The incident occurred around 5:30 pm, prompting an immediate search and rescue operation led by Indian Navy diving teams.
Sources revealed that the trainee was undergoing training at the Indian Naval Academy in Ezhimala. According to officials, the trainee was on leave in Kochi, heading back to his home country when the accident happened.
