Manipal: Locals in Manipal are on high alert after a leopard was reportedly seen in the Eshwar Nagar area. While no official complaint has been lodged with the forest department, eyewitnesses and CCTV footage confirm the presence of the big cat.
This sighting follows previous reports from Perampally and Ananthanagar, raising concerns about whether a single leopard or multiple big cats are roaming Manipal. In response, the forest department has increased patrolling efforts and set up traps to ensure public safety.
