An LPG cylinder explosion rocked a government-run hostel for scheduled caste boys in Naigadi, Madhya Pradesh, on Saturday night, leaving nine people injured, including eight children. The blast occurred around 11 pm at the hostel, located approximately 40 km from Mauganj district headquarters. The injured, including the children and a cook, were rushed to nearby hospitals for treatment. Authorities have launched an investigation into the cause of the explosion, and officials are monitoring the victims’ conditions.

The tragic incident highlights concerns over safety protocols at such facilities.
