Malhotra began his video by introducing his First Class AC cabin, which cost ₹5,500. He emphasised that the fare included not just travel but a wide range of facilities, including a private cabin, fresh sheets, pillows, a mirror, and a newspaper.
Passengers are welcomed with a mango juice drink, followed by tea, kachori, and other snacks. The video also explored the onboard shower facility, equipped with a geyser, hand shower, towel, and toiletries, allowing passengers to freshen up comfortably during the journey.

Malhotra documented the meals served throughout the journey. Shortly after departure, he was served hot soup and chilli paneer, while dinner included paneer, dal, vegetables, roti, rice, salad, and ice cream.
