Amid the ongoing public conflict between US President Donald Trump and Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, a past comment made by India’s External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar has resurfaced online. During a January interaction with students at Delhi University’s Hansraj College, Jaishankar was asked about Trump, just days after his inauguration. The Union Minister humorously remarked that Trump was an “out of syllabus” person.
