The ongoing Mahakumbh in Prayagraj is attracting millions of spiritual seekers from around the world. Among them is Rajpal Singh, popularly known as ‘Pahalwan Baba’, a unique personality dedicated to motivating the younger generation and promoting a fit, drug-free lifestyle. His combination of spirituality and fitness has made him a prominent figure at this global event.
“My goal is to awaken the youth, eliminate drug addiction, promote health, and help India become a world leader,” Rajpal Singh remarked. Renowned for his remarkable physical strength, he added, “At 50, I can perform 10,000 push-ups with one hand. If I can do this, the youth can achieve even more.”
Encouraging the younger generation to respect their elders, Singh emphasized the dangers of negative influences. “Young people fall into drug addiction due to bad company. I urge them to listen to their parents and honor elders and saints,” he said.
To further inspire, Pahalwan Baba showcases his physique and demonstrates his physical feats, receiving numerous calls from youths who have transformed their habits. “I receive daily calls where youths tell me they’ve changed their lifestyle after seeing my dedication,” he shared.
Singh also advocates for small sacrifices and healthier eating habits. “Our leaders sacrificed their lives for the country; today, we need only to sacrifice small pleasures for a better life,” he noted.
Starting his mission last year, Singh was motivated by personal experiences, particularly seeing relatives stray from the right path. “Those who serve society are true saints,” he concluded.
At the Mahakumbh, Singh commended the event’s arrangements, highlighting the role of strong leadership in bringing India closer to becoming a global leader.
