New Delhi: Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Emerging Science & Technology Innovation Conclave (ESTIC) 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, on 3rd November at around 9:30 AM. The three-day conclave, scheduled from 3–5 November 2025, aims to foster collaboration among academia, industry and government, strengthening India’s innovation and research ecosystem.

Major boost to research and innovation ecosystem

In a landmark move for India’s scientific landscape, the Prime Minister will also launch the ₹1 Lakh Crore Research Development and Innovation (RDI) Scheme Fund during the event. The initiative is designed to promote a private sector–led research and development ecosystem, empowering industries to spearhead high-impact R&D projects.

The RDI Fund represents one of India’s most significant financial commitments to advancing research and innovation. It will help bridge the gap between academic research and industrial application by incentivising collaboration, technology transfer and commercialisation of indigenous innovations.

ESTIC 2025 will witness participation from more than 3,000 delegates, including Nobel Laureates, eminent scientists, innovators and policymakers. Representatives from leading academic and research institutions, industry, and government will also attend, along with international experts offering a global perspective on emerging scientific and technological advancements.
