Rahul interacted with passengers during his metro ride, and posed for photographs. Rahul boarded the Metro to reach Mangolpuri, where he was scheduled to address a poll rally. The Gandhi scion was accompanied by Kanhaiya Kumar, the Congress candidate contesting from the North East Delhi Lok Sabha seat. The voting date for Delhi is set for May 25, with today marking the final day of campaigning.

In a speech delivered at an election rally in Dilshad Garden, northeast Delhi, in support of Kanhaiya Kumar, Gandhi criticized the BJP, alleging their persistent desire to undermine and discard the Constitution. He stressed  that the ongoing Lok Sabha elections are essentially a battle to safeguard the Constitution.

Gandhi firmly asserted that the BJP has now openly acknowledged its intention to amend the Constitution. He cautioned that any attempt by the BJP to tamper with the Constitution would face fierce opposition from both political opponents and millions of citizens.

Delhi will witness voting on all seven seats on May 25, and the results will be announced on June 4.
