New Delhi: Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh attended a solemn function on Friday, February 15, where the remains of 40 CRPF personnel were kept in coffins, draped with the Tricolour. Rajnath Singh along with Jammu and Kashmir DGP Dilbagh Singh helped carry the coffin of a martyred CRPF jawan.
Pakistan-based terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammad has claimed responsibility for the attack.
Singh said, “The nation will not forget the supreme sacrifice of our brave CRPF jawans. I have paid my last respects to the martyrs of Pulwama. The sacrifice will not go in vain.”
