Patna: With the wounds of horrific Kathua rape and murder still fresh, India’s conscience is again shaken as another incident of child molestation is reported from Jehanabad, Bihar. Allegedly, a minor was groped by seven men and even the whole incident videotaped on camera.
In a video that is widely circulated on social media, the seven men can be seen ripping the minor girl’s clothes and groping her one after the other. The girl is seen pleading to her attackers for her dignity.
In a swift action, the IG of Patna range Nayyar Hasnain Khan formed a Special Investigation Team to catch the accused. The SIT has so far arrested four of the seven perpetrators. Jehanabad Superintendent of Police Manish Kumar said that other have been identified and a manhunt is on to arrest them.
Sources said that a motorcycle found at the spot helped the police to identify and trace the perpetrators.
