Among the standout moments, popular YouTuber Gaurav Taneja makes an appearance, pitching his whey protein brand. His partner reveals they managed to generate Rs 1 crore in sales within an hour, despite their website being password-protected. This achievement left the sharks, including Aman Gupta and Vineeta Singh, visibly impressed.
The new season will also spotlight entrepreneurs from smaller towns and villages, breaking stereotypes about startup founders in India. Kunal Bahl remarked, “Startup founders in our country have a certain impression, and you people are shattering it.” However, some entrepreneurs stunned the sharks with sky-high valuations. One team pitched a Rs 250 crore valuation, prompting Aman Gupta to exclaim, “Hum pagal hain kya?” Later, another group pitched a Rs 300 crore valuation, leaving the sharks in disbelief.
