In a key initiative to assist Muslim households during the holy month of Ramadan, State Food and Civil Supplies Minister R Sakkarapani introduced Ramzan Biriyani Kits on Wednesday. The kits are now available at Amudham stores statewide at a subsidized rate of ₹555.

The minister officially kicked off the program at the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation’s Amudham Makkal Angadi in Gopalapuram. The event witnessed the presence of MLA N Ezhilan, GCC councillors, and senior officials.
