Hyderabad : On Saturday night, there was a massive fire at a hospital in Hyderabad.
The multi-story Ankura Hospital building in the Gudimalkapur neighbourhood has been mostly destroyed by fire. Whether there are any casualties was not immediately apparent.
Massive flames spread throughout the building’s upper story. The Disaster Response Force (DRF) has been dispatched along with four fire tenders to the scene.
Patients are currently being evacuated from the hospital by police and firefighters.
On top of the hospital building, close to Pillar No. 70 on the PVNR Expressway, a flexi is said to have been the source of the fire.
