Television actor Aman Jaiswal, renowned for his leading role in the popular Indian TV show Dhartiputra Nandini, tragically passed away on Friday after a truck collided with his motorbike in the Jogeshwari West area of Mumbai.
The incident occurred around 3:15 pm on Hill Park Road when the truck driver struck Jaiswal while he was riding his motorcycle. Following the crash, Jaiswal was rushed to Cama Hospital’s trauma ward, where he was pronounced dead. The police have detained both the truck and its driver, and a case has been filed at Amboli Police Station, according to reports by ANI.
At the time of the accident, Jaiswal was en route to an audition, as shared by Dhiraj Mishra, the writer of Dhartiputra Nandini, in an interview with India Today. The actor’s final post on Instagram was about his journey with the serial, where he opened up about how his decision to pursue acting had faced considerable opposition from his family.
This sudden loss has left fans and colleagues mourning the death of a promising talent. The investigation is ongoing, and further details are expected soon.
