Kerala: Getting clicked at a wedding function is always a good feeling, but the same turned out to be a hell-like experience for several women from Kerala when their pictures were morphed and used for pornographic purposes.
The incident came to light when one lady from Kozhikode lodged a complaint against a studio named Sadayam Shoot and Edit, situated in Vadakara town, after she saw her pictures clicked at a wedding event being circulated on social media as pornographic messages.
Acting fast, the police raided the studio and found several documents and arrested two owners of the studio-Satheesan and Dinesh. However, prime accused Bibeesh is absconding.
The accused have confessed to the crime, said police sources adding that more details will be unearthed after detailed probe. The arrested were later produced before the court and remanded in judicial custody.
