Unni Mukundan’s Language Skills Impress Fans as He Promotes Marco
Malayalam actor Unni Mukundan has been receiving praise for his impressive language skills during the promotion of his latest film Marco, which is performing well at the box office in Malayalam, Hindi, and Telugu. Fans were particularly excited when clips from an interview with Gujarat First went viral, showcasing Unni speaking fluent Gujarati, along with Hindi, English, and Malayalam.
In the interview, Unni encouraged fans in Gujarat to watch his film in its Hindi-dubbed version, effortlessly switching between languages. His proficiency in multiple languages—Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, English, Spanish, and Gujarati—left fans in awe. One fan joked, “Bruh can easily compete with Google translate,” while others hailed him as a “real pan-India star.”
Unni, born in Thrissur, Kerala, spent a significant part of his childhood in Ahmedabad before returning to Kerala for college. His fluency in Gujarati is attributed to his schooling in Ahmedabad. In 2023, he even shared a memorable moment meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi, reminiscing about his childhood dream of speaking with him in Gujarati.
Marco, released on December 20, is a violent thriller, and Unni’s performance is garnering attention. He recently appeared in Jai Ganesh (Malayalam) and Garudan (Tamil) and is currently working on a Malayalam film titled Get-Set Baby.
