Ghaziabad: In a heartwarming tale of love and reconciliation, a couple from Ghaziabad‘s Kaushambi, who had undergone divorce in 2018, recently tied the knot again. The unexpected reunion took place while the husband was undergoing treatment for a heart condition, bringing the estranged pair back together.

Background of Vinay and Pooja

Vinay Jaiswal and Pooja Chaudhary initially got married in 2012, but soon encountered differences that led to their decision to file for divorce within a year of their marriage. The divorce case traversed through three different courts, including the family court in Ghaziabad, a high court, and eventually reaching the Supreme Court. After a prolonged legal battle lasting five years, Vinay and Pooja officially separated in 2018.

Twist of Fate: Heart Attack Brings Them Together

In a twist of fate, Vinay suffered a heart attack in August of this year, necessitating open-heart surgery. Upon learning about her ex-husband’s health crisis, Pooja, expressing concern, visited the hospital to check on him. During their time together, a rekindling of love occurred, prompting them to set aside their past differences and decide to remarry.

The Lovely Reunion

On November 23, Vinay and Pooja exchanged vows once again in a remarriage ceremony held at an Arya Samaj temple in Ghaziabad’s Kavi Nagar. The event was attended by members of both families, signifying the renewed commitment between the couple.

Professions of Vinay and Pooja

Vinay Jaiswal serves as an assistant manager at Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), while Pooja Chaudhary, originally from Patna, had previously worked as a teacher.
