Ram Mandir: Paying respects to Lord Ram and expressing his devotion to the deity, an artist from West Bengal’s Siliguri has painted the grand Ram Mandir, being constructed in Ayodhya, on his nail, the video of which has gone viral on social media. The artist, Ramesh Shah, said that he used brush, black colour to capture the grandeur of Ram Mandir on to his thumb nail.

“The grand Ram Mandir is very beautiful. I have painted Ram Mandir on my nail. I have made it using brush, pen, water, black colour,” Shah said.

Beginning at the Saryu River on January 16, the ritual for the consecration ceremony of Ram Mandir will come to an end today with the temple’s inauguration during Abhijit Muhurat. On January 17, the five-year-old new idol of Ram Lalla arrived at the temple complex.

Before the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ and the temple’s official opening on Monday, Ayodhya was alive with the cackle of the locals. Expectation and excitement were in the air.

On Monday afternoon, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and notables from all spheres of life will attend Ram Lalla’s “Pran Pratishtha” ceremony at the magnificent temple. There will be a number of priests selected from across the country.
