Mumbai: Around 15 rebel MLAs of Congress-Janata Dal (S) state coalition have released a new video, here on Sunday, July 21 from a Mumbai hotel, stating that they are not under pressure from anyone.

In the video they say that they are healthy and alive and that nobody has threatened them or out them on gunpoint.

“We have not resigned from our posts under pressure and hence there is no question of withdrawing the resignations. We have seen and heard on television that some of the coalition leaders are criticizing us saying that we had made the decision under pressure and that we have fallen into the trap of the opposition party Bharatiya Janata Party. Let us be very clear that there is nothing of that sort”, said the rebel MLAs.

Meanwhile, JDS leader A H Vishwanath, in the video has said that the rebel MLAs have tendered their resignation to end the state coalition government.

All the rebel MLAs namely S T Somashekhar, Muniratna, B C Patil and others have collectively said that they would not attend the floor test process that would be carried out on Monday, July 22, at any cost.
