Balasinor: Most of us have watched the Jurrasic Park series on silver screen or on television sets and have got thrilled and now, here is a good news for all those who loved the series in our country. The first-of-its-kind Dinosaur Museum/Park has been now opened at Mahisagar district of Gujarat.
The museum cum park was inaugurated by Chief Minister Vijay Rupani on Saturday.
The CM has said that the government would be investing all its efforts in making it an internationally recognized tourism destination, for which it has also decided to allocate a fund of Rs 10 crore for its promotion on the global platform.
This park is said to exhibit the fossil remains of dinosaurs and its recorded data.
It is regarded as the country’s first and world’s third largest dinosaur park. Rayoli area is recognized as the world’s third largest fossil site. It is also been recorded as the world’s second largest site with dinosaur hatchery, where thousands of eggs were found.
The theme park is all set to provide ‘close to reality’ experience to visitors with 3D projection, dinosaur models, virtual reality, and lot more.
