Kalaburgi: In a recent statement, Kalaburagi District In-charge Minister Priyank Kharge highlighted the growing reputation of the Kalaburagi-Yadgir-Bidar Co-operative Milk Union for its high-quality milk production. Currently, the union supplies an impressive 15,000 liters of milk daily to neighboring Maharashtra, a testament to its rising demand.
Minister Kharge emphasized that the increased demand is driven by the superior quality of Kalaburagi’s milk, which has significantly contributed to the financial stability of the cooperative union. “Our government’s priority is to promote dairy farming in the Kalyana Karnataka region, and we are committed to the upliftment of farmers,” he stated. He expressed optimism about future advancements in the dairy sector, indicating that more achievements are expected in the coming days as the government continues to support local dairy initiatives.
