Mangaluru: The first day of ‘Christmas Carol Contest’ will air on NewsKarnataka.com on December 18 at 8.00 pm IST.
The participants are Nicole Cherian Furtado team from Bengaluru and the Jyothi Nivas choir from Bengaluru.
The judges are Musicians Rohan Correa from Abu Dhabi, Wilfred Fernandes from Dubai and Roysten Pinto, a singer and composer from Mangaluru.
The event host will be Spearhead Media Group Mentor and Advisor CA Valerian Dalmaida, and the co-host Rajesh Sequeira.
The winners of the competition will get a cash prize of INR 12,000. The runner-up and second runner-up will get INR 8,000 and INR 5,000, respectively. Consolation prize of INR 1,000 each for 5 teams will be given as well.
Every day two teams will participate starting from today, December 18.
