Abu Dhabi: Dubai Hemmeya UAE Kannadigaru team has always responded to the Turkey and Syria earthquake by appealing to all its members to donate generously to overcome the grief of the affected. The team collected clothes, blankets, Food items, baby food, baby clothing, and toys, and delivered them to the officials of Emirates Red crescent Dubai who lauded their efforts. Kannadigas from across all Emirates of UAE extended their helping hands to this noble cause.
The handover process to Red crescent was coordinated by Madhu Davanagere, President, Dubai Hemmeya UAE Kannadigaru, Rafiqali Kodagu, General Secretary, committee members Varadaraja Kolara, Mohiuddin Hubballi, Shankar Belagavi, Vishnu Murthy Mysuru, Somashekat Reddy Abudhabi, Umar Farooq.
Vishnu Murthy thanked all the donors and their humanity for helping the earthquake victims. Together, the team wished and prayed for wellness and the fastest recovery of people in both countries.
